The Hi-C’s review applications in late April/early May and selects their candidate before mid May. The finalist’s application, in addition to a letter of recommendation from the Hi-C’s Scholarship Committee, will be forwarded to the TCI Scholarship Committee by May 15. TCI reviews the candidates from all of its 62 member clubs and makes a final decision during its annual convention in July.

In addition to being to being selected as the Hi-C’s candidate for the Kae Sumner Einfeldt Scholarship, you may also be awarded a smaller scholarship from the Hi-C’s. The same forms are used for both the Hi-C’s and TCI awards.
